Almost everything was great. We had some issues downloading the Toyota App and getting the truck to recognize my phone. I also was disappointed I had to pay an hour of labor for one techstream programming change.

Isaac and Rehan provide great support. Instead of an anxious experience buying a car, they put me at ease and it was fun. They know their business and made me feel valued. And Rehan's knowledge of the Prius is awesome. He spent an hour with me in the car making sure I knew the car's highlights and operations. I really appreciated that because the Prius is such an awesome car with all its features and I really needed mentoring. And I know both Isaac and Rehan will be available to answer future questions.
