Kevin Settles was excellent! He listened to what was important to me, responsive and updated me each week. He was accommodating and offered good options. The car is fantastic! Thank you! One suggestion: most of the chairs are cracked and damaged, consider replacing them. This is one of your first impressions and gives the customer a sense of who you are.

Although everyone at the dealer was friendly, you clearly need more people working or to schedule customers better. My new car came in, and the sales manager encouraged me to come in a few days earlier than I had planned to pick it up. I rearranged my schedule so that I could come at 4:30 on a Wednesday. Once we arrived, we had to wait over an hour to see our sales person, and then another hour before the finance person was available. If you are going to schedule someone to come in and pick up the car, you should have a better handle on the timing of the appointment. However, everyone was very nice and the process, once it actually started, was very easy. We are happy with the car so far.
