I can’t thank the team at Stevenson enough for the amazing experience!

Had a friendly experience with the sales rep. And we talked about the truck I wanted and he explained very well and when will arrive and called me the the day came and now I bought the truck with very friendly financial representative, who explained all details of the paper work. In and out with friendly attitude.

The visit was for a misdiagnosis from prior visit, I worked with David Lottie and I have to say he provided the best customer experience I have experienced in years!

Had a drip between tranafer case and engine. Was covered under warrenty. I want to bring a special attention to you about the service attendant who habdled my problem. His name is Peter Cassel. He was extremely helpful in explaning the entire process on how Stevinson would handle my problem. He was courteous and very professional. I was not aware that I could get a free LYFT ride back home. It would take all day to fix the car problem and he arranged a ride for me within minutes.

We had an appointment with James, he was ready for us on time, knowledgeable and answered all our questions. We'd recommend him and Stevinson East, good experience in sales and through finalizing the transaction with Frank in Finance.

We had a super lucky timing and an easy experience buying our car at Stevinson Toyota East. Due to an accident, we lost our 2016 Highlander and had to replace it. We emailed Rehan and learned there were one or two new 2022 Highlanders on the lot. When we arrived, we found Rehan to be charming and knowledgeable. He showed us the two cars that were in our price range, and because we were ready to purchase, we said 'yes' right away. It took a couple of hours to get all the paperwork taken care of, and then Rehan handed us off to Kyle in Finance. Kyle explained our options for purchasing an additional service contract, which we declined. We felt heard, respected, and as though the team at Stevinson wanted us to succeed. When we drove away in our new Highlander, I was delighted. Kyle and Rehan and the team made the transaction as pleasant as possible.
