Car appt tomorrow as at 1030 they started looking at it at 2:00. Ian was great. We have to bring it back because they did not have a plug to change out the differential oil.

Dennis was awesome in the Service Dept. He confirmed why I came in and was fair with pricing. He also advised of a potential future issue, I will be back in to fix that. Keep up the good work.

Line was super long but attendant was gracious enough to tell me to go into the desk area to check in. My attendant Harold was super attentive & honest! Gave me a realistic time frame to get my FOB programmed & cut.

Corey Sumner was excellent! Very knowledgeable and customer focused. - Five stars.Finance department poorly staffed. Two stars. Waited almost 3 1/2 hours before talking with Raz to complete sales contract documents.
