A little long of a wait for an oil change with an appointment but good overall

I had a nice experience at the dealership. The service advisor wrote down all of my concerns, and gave me feedback with an automotive status report. He let me know what my car needed work on, and when I should have it done. It was very detailed and informative.

Tag was on point, by explaining to me about the part that I need for my head light. He was very courteous to me.

Had a drip between tranafer case and engine. Was covered under warrenty. I want to bring a special attention to you about the service attendant who habdled my problem. His name is Peter Cassel. He was extremely helpful in explaning the entire process on how Stevinson would handle my problem. He was courteous and very professional. I was not aware that I could get a free LYFT ride back home. It would take all day to fix the car problem and he arranged a ride for me within minutes.
