Easy experience purchasing a new RAV4 PHEV.

Everything went very smoothly for my first visit except I am confused why they increased the tire pressure from 33 psi which I had it set at, to 36psi.

It was nice.

brake pads visit OK and need for water pump explained well by Omar. all went well from drop off to pick up.

It was great, Eric did a great job. They kept me updated

Experience overall was satisfactory. We were able to make the numbers work and appreciated the effort to get the truck ready to go. Received an extra shipment of accessories, brought to the attention of sales and still sitting on it. About ready to sell the stuff on Craigslist since there has been no movement since I stated I would not be dropping it off (dealership is not convenient and shouldn't have been requested that I take on the task of doing so).
