I had to wait for 4.5 hours before I was able to get my car and leave, but Kevin Settles and Raj were both so helpful throughout the process. I had to pre-order my vehicle, which took 2 months to get to me, and Kevin kept me updated the entire time.

Orlando did an amazing job helping us out. We went there to check out some older model 4runners and he directed us to the new one that had just come in on the lot, gave us a fair price for our trade in, and moved up the pre-delivery inspection so we didn't have to drive back up from 2 hours away the next day. Raj handled our financing and was also fantastic through the whole process.

My service advisor was very knowledgeable and polite. I feel as though the previous advisors I have had lack the politeness and good attitude that I experienced with Kennyth during my last service.

Peter Cassell, Service Writer and Rick Forest, Master Tech were excellent as usual.

Outside of slight delay getting into finance. Experience was good. Would have liked a second key fob.

The sales person (Breanne VanDyke) was excellent. Courteus, helpful, great comms.Nothing but good things to say about her. However: Two things were very off-putting.First - I asked for the the out the door cost and Breanne supplied it. I brought in a cashier's check for that amount. I did not expect, nor did a understand why, I had to submit a credit application. I had the cash in my hand to buy the car.Second, roughly 80 minutes after I finished filling out the form, the Finance/paperwork person presented me with 4 maintenance options (from 3000-7000 dollars each) and claimed that he was legally obligated to discuss them with me. Sounded like complete BS to me.Basically, I viewed the whole experience as an attempt 1) to get me to finance the car and 2) to buy services while the paperwork was flying around. What should have been a 1 hour experience took almost 3.Not cool - not appreciated.
