Deshaun was Fantastic! Great guy, one of the biggest reasons I chose to purchase through the dealership. I was disappointed my vehicel didn't come with car mats and the team was unwilling to give any. Given I sold my trade-in and waited for months for the vehicle I was disappointed they couldn't even throw in car mats. I've never purchased a new car that did not come with mats. Nor were they willing to negotiate on price or anything during the process.

Boris Vulikh was extremely helpful throughout the reservation and transaction process. He helped me make sure I got the exact truck I wanted, and even picked me up when I needed to come and purchase. This was my first experience buying a new car and feel it went much better than expected! If/when I need another Toyota, I'll be back.
