Once again, Isaac DeSyliva was a great person to help me. I went around to a lot of dealerships, I always receive the best service at Stevinson Toyota East.

Recall work only

Awesome general manager

Two hours for a tire rotation?

Good customer service

Waited couple of months and got relatively close to what I wanted but not exactly. But I’m happy with it, thank you.

It was relatively quick to buy the car in person.

My experience went really well. Boris took good care of me and followed up with me in every way as he promised

My experience with Ben was great! However I could not say the same with the finance guy Kyle (I believe that’s his name). First he kind of talked bad about what I do for a living, then when I declined any additional packages he questioned why I was purchasing the vehicle in the first place. I was really close to asking for someone else to help me. I found him to be very off putting, and rude.

Ben assisted in the reservation of a vehicle I have been hunting.
