Omar was really helpful and kept me informed of my car's progress and service needs the entire time. Car was done in about 3 hours, which was my hope when I selected a morning drop off time.

I didn’t like the fact that while the location is under construction I wasn’t greeted. I went in to let them know I had arrived for my appointment and was told to go sit in my car. Once I was finally able to check in the appointment moved relatively quickly. I was quoted an hour but I was in & out. I will say I don’t like that I have recommended two services that I have already completed at 40k and it’s not time to do those two things again. So I’d appreciate if the technician would stop recommending those services and look at my service history.

Nicholas was great. Excellent customer service, thoroughly explained everything, and my car was serviced quickly.

Manager was helpful and without him I don’t believe a deal would have been made.the sales rep was not willing to negotiate or even relay my numbers with the finance team, not the best experience.
