Overall experience was great but am having trouble getting ahold of someone to get me the second key that was ordered.

a little long for a cash purchase

Excellent after a very shakey start with first sales person. The service was excellent.The fist salesman was unconnected and bias.

Salesperson Anthony Ross and his manager hooked me up with a vehicle I was looking for and saved me a 4 month wait.

Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Each person we interacted with felt genuine and happy to help.

But a used vehicle from Stevinson Toyota West. After a few days, I noticed that the tire was losing air. There was a nail close to the outside edge of the tire. Had to get the tire replaced, and the dealership was willing to pay for it, thanks to used car sales manager Noe Hernandez. This is excellent after-the-sale customer service. Thanks to Noe, and Stevinson Toyota West!

The sales rep was great but after that it was very difficult. We finished the purchase and in finance we got everything in line except we had no copies of the paperwork. We were told that it would be E mailed to us but in a few days nothing. We could not get insurance without the finance companies name and address. Our purchase was on a Saturday but we did get the info until Thursday and that was after 3 phone calls. Luckily the insurance company insured us but you would think after spending $41k you could get a better response. Again Our sale rep Tony Salazar was very helpful and I would highly recommend him but sure I will ever be back or refer Stevinson to anyone.
