Alex M. did a great job getting me fit in to adjust my headlights. We couldn’t do it the first visit so he went out of the way to accommodate this service. Moving forward I’m just calling Alex to set up my future services!

My contact there was Ricky. I'm now elderly/retired - however - once upon a time I was a business man. I hired many employees over the course of my career. Ricky I would rate in the top 1-2% of those experiences. Enough said.

My vehicle has been driven 45 miles since service and is much worse than before bringing it in for service.

Very dissapointing service, 2 day long delays, Service charge mis-represented and poor communication between management and employees with respects to resolving my concern. At the end of the day just a hand full of apologies for poor service. Your parts department is outstanding and no issues with them but the service department is a mess, I will never use the service department again unless I have no other choice!

The service agent was great. Name was Rick. I must complain as I had an appointment at 1:15 for an oil change. I waited for almost 5 hours. That is a long time to wait for an oil change!!! Was sad as missed my meeting that I had scheduled for later.

Very frustrating experience! I’ll start with the positives, I was able to get an appointment quickly and Dan was friendly. I arrived on time for my 10:45a drop-off and finally started speaking with Dan about 10 minutes after. I was told my oil change and alignment would be 3 hours. That puts me around 2ish for a pick-up. At 2:45 there still hadn’t been an update, so I call. Aiden (I believe was his name, was very helpful) reached out for Dan for an update. Dan called me back and told me it would be 40-60 minutes. That would have put me at 3:25 and 3:45 for the car to be finished, time comes and goes and still no updates in the app or from Dan that the car is ready. I finally leave at 4:20 to just come in because I HAD to get my car to pick up my children from school. So, I call on my way in that I’d be there by 4:30 and get the update that the car is finally ready. It’s ridiculous that it took over five and a half hours for the work to be done and EVERY estimate of time was drastically under quoted. If you can’t get the work done on time, you should reevaluate the number of cars you can handle in a given day. Also, didn’t receive an inspection report or a sticker for mileage reminder.

The service writer was professional and friendly. I appreciate that he didn't try to sell me something unneeded. The free ride to/from home were greatly appreciated.
