Standard experience, longer wait time than usual.

Made an appointment for my 2010 Toyota FJ synthetic oil change special facebook coupon. Arrived at my appointment at the designated time December 9th at 3:30pm. Was met by Advisor RIcky Lobato who could not find my appointment. He later said don't worry I will take you in but you have to wait and it will be about 2 hours. All good so far. I get the car and when I get home I see my paper work invoice # 1477132 had my vehicle as a Toyota Avanza, (wrong), invoice stated they used MA2995 conventional oil (should have been synthetic), invoice states material used S-400 4 cylinder Toyota oil (???).

Terrible. I waited over 4 hours for an oil change. Totally acceptable when I could have gone elsewhere and it would have been 20 min. I never received an update and had to continually follow up to find out what was going on. I will not be back after 4 years of bringing my car in. There was no apology or attempt to make things right. Terrible customer service and extremely disappointing.

Fast, friendly, and understanding. Brandon did an amazing job helping me out while I was traveling. I needed a battery for my Prius and an oil change, and an inspection. I was worried at first due to the star rating, but those people are most likely not happy or appreciative ever! The staff was great, snacks in the waiting room. It would have been nice to have TV on, but the work stations for people to be at, and plenty of room and privacy if needed. This place is great!

Jorge was a very attentive friendly service manager. He kept me informed all the way thru my service.. One of the nicest employees I have dealt with over my 17 years of being a customer of Stevenson!

After having car towed to dealership, all repairs performed in a timely manner.

Service was excellent, but I was shocked by the price for the 60K. I had been told it would be around $800-$1000 last year at the Corwin Toyota dealership in Colorado Springs. The price doubled and it seemed like a bit much. There was not a complete breakdown of all the labor provided $1353.41 on my receipt. Jorge made sure I received my vehicle that day and was excellent in his communication.
