Best conversation and service I got by sales person

I have never had a really good experience purchasing a vehicle but at Stevinson, I purchased a used vehicle and had an excellent experience working with Brannen Schrader. He was attentive, knowledgeable, and highly professional throughout the entire process. He took the time to have me test-drive several vehicles to help narrow down what I liked and didn’t like, and he consistently kept me informed during the search.When I located the exact make and model I wanted at another dealership, he made himself available to provide feedback after my test drive, which I truly appreciated. Ultimately, he found the perfect vehicle for me and walked me through the closing process step by step, making the experience smooth, straightforward, and stress-free. I would highly recommend working with him and will tell everyone about my experience. Brannen raised the bar for me for future car buying experiences!!

At first it was good. Then, I was told - for a second time- from a salesperson that wasn't true. I will not buy another car at Stevinson again.

Sales staff was extremely helpful

It started out ruff but rebounded . After a couple of days os negotiations a deal was done.

jake performed poorly. were this my only experience with stevinson toyota, i would never return.

Customer service is good, but 3 hour wait for an oil change with an appointment is not acceptable. this is the second time crazy long service times has happened with an appointment. I like using your service dept but I am considering going elsewhere due to appointment not being utilized properly with crazy wait times.
