I came in to get an extension for my temporary registration, and was in and out in less than 10 minutes. As soon as I walked in, a salesperson greeted me and took me to the finance department to get the new temporary registration. Then the salesperson went out to my car, took the expired tags off and installed the new one. So helpful!

Clay helped me with a warranty repair. It was difficult to obtain the part, hence, I had multiple visits, however, Clay and Mr Benson suck with it and the repair was completed on the fourth try. I do appreciate staying the course when others might have just avoided the issue. Thank you

Terrell was very helpful with both getting me information on new vehicles and answering all of my questions, presenting financial options for the things I wanted, and with the car buying process. Everyone was very nice and informative and I feel like I was able to get the things I needed.

We had an 11am appointment. When we showed up, there were two huge lines to pull into the service center. We had to sit there until 11:30 before we actually got checked in. What's the point of appointment times if you don't respect them? Not sure if you were overbooked with appointments, but it was ridiculous to spend over 30 minutes to get checked in when that process ended up taking 2 minutes. After that, the service was fine.

Upon arriving to the service department for dropoff about 15 minutes before my scheduled time, there were two lines well out of the receiving bay that spilled into the parking lot. I was disappointed that my vehicle was not even inspected on the day I dropped it off, which cost me an extra day of paying for a rental vehicle at my own cost. But with that said, I do very VERY much appreciate being provided with a great rental experience with Enterprise, as well as a great rate.
