The service person was amazing and service was done fast but:It took about 30 minutes to be checked inI am now confused why I got oil changed because I think I also got that in June. I thought i was supposed to get that only every 10k miles. I had forgotten that I had already gotten it last time but this is all in your system.

My appointment at Stevinson Toyota West was for an oil change and to troubleshoot my 2013 Toyota RAV4 back hatch which was failing to open. The service writer said it would cost $199 to troubleshoot the back hatch (ridiculous). I told the service writer I did not live in the area and needed to wait for the car. I received no communication for 4 and 1/4 hours. Then I was told that the back hatch would take longer, could I stay another 2 1/2 hours. I said no. The service writer said they would "put the door panel back on" and bring me the car. He also said the oil change had not been done. NO work was done during the 4 and 1/4 hours I waited at the dealership! AND, I don't believe anyone took off the back hatch panel or did anything else to figure out why the back hatch was not working consistently. My car sat for 4 and 1/4 hours and I sat for 4 and 1/4 hours. The only good news: I paid nothing. I had not been to Stevinson Toyota West since the dealership changed hands nearly 4 years ago, though I had been a regular customer previously. I would not go back for service (I have two Toyotas).

My son brought the vehicle in a week previous and told he needed new tires. I had to bring it back to actually get the work done, new rotors. It's too bad you are worried about upselling as opposed to finding the problem and fixing it.
