Josh was excellent!

It was great. I did not have an appt but Chris was able to squeeze me in about my “maintenance due” light that came on. They were able to check my tire pressure as well because I was about to embark on a road trip. They did a great job

I arrived at 10:35 for a 10:45 appointment for oil change and two recall issues. I was in line to get in the service bay until 11:05, the line was that long. I got my vehicle at 5:45. I was offered a Lyft as I live only 9 miles away but wanted to stay with my vehicle. I think if I have an appointment time, the work should be done at that time.
