Quick and friendly

Ricky Lobato and Jay provided exceptional service, I was very satisfied with both.

I always have my car serviced at Stevinson because I know they will do a good job.

Even with an appointment, I waited 40 minutes in my car for someone to check me in because there were so many people waiting. This seems to be a theme at this location whenever I come for a service. It's frustrating, especially if you're just planning to drop off your car and not spend an hour checking in.Other than that, the staff were friendly and helpful and I didn't have any issues with the service itself.

Beth is a really good Customer Services Representative.

Scott is a great advisor. Very professional easy to work with.

Chance is a delight. I brought my truck back in because the oil was leaking after an oil change/service 2 weeks before. He said bring it in when I had time and I did. He took the keys and just got it in ASAP for a new oil change rather than put the truck in the appointment queue as another service person said would happen. Chance remembered he talked to me a few days prior and took care of it as he promised. That’s service!

Ricky was very apologetic about the 3.5 hour wait time for service. He did everything he could to get the service completed to help make up for the unusually long wait time. Suggestion would be to not allow so many customers sign up for a 1 pm appointment.
