I arrived at 10:35 for a 10:45 appointment for oil change and two recall issues. I was in line to get in the service bay until 11:05, the line was that long. I got my vehicle at 5:45. I was offered a Lyft as I live only 9 miles away but wanted to stay with my vehicle. I think if I have an appointment time, the work should be done at that time.
