Brandon went way above and beyond helping me with this service and offered to help with ordering the parts for my next one.

My experience was fine. I had to return due to a leak. Now the light is on indicating I need air in my tire.

I waited a long time. I think the problem isn’t the staff it’s the scheduling. So many people are scheduled for the same time slot, and perhaps it was my fault also. I should have been more proactive in sharing things that should be looked at during my visit. Alex who was the service liaison was most helpful and accommodating.

It was very easy to schedule and get checked in. The private office spaces are very helpful to be able to work while the car.is being serviced.
