Very frustrating experience! I’ll start with the positives, I was able to get an appointment quickly and Dan was friendly. I arrived on time for my 10:45a drop-off and finally started speaking with Dan about 10 minutes after. I was told my oil change and alignment would be 3 hours. That puts me around 2ish for a pick-up. At 2:45 there still hadn’t been an update, so I call. Aiden (I believe was his name, was very helpful) reached out for Dan for an update. Dan called me back and told me it would be 40-60 minutes. That would have put me at 3:25 and 3:45 for the car to be finished, time comes and goes and still no updates in the app or from Dan that the car is ready. I finally leave at 4:20 to just come in because I HAD to get my car to pick up my children from school. So, I call on my way in that I’d be there by 4:30 and get the update that the car is finally ready. It’s ridiculous that it took over five and a half hours for the work to be done and EVERY estimate of time was drastically under quoted. If you can’t get the work done on time, you should reevaluate the number of cars you can handle in a given day. Also, didn’t receive an inspection report or a sticker for mileage reminder.

The service writer was professional and friendly. I appreciate that he didn't try to sell me something unneeded. The free ride to/from home were greatly appreciated.

Part of my service was to address reason(s) for low tire sensor light. Salesman was helpful answering questions. No updates on repairs during four hour wait. Got a flat tire ten minutes after leaving dealer and situation was "fixed" (it was a complete tire blowout going 65 mph on Rt. 70, near accident). I did nothing to cause the flat, it could only be faulty tire re-mounting. Very poor answering service. Not responding to all of my messages left for roadside assistance. According to the towing company representative, Stevenson never answered their message. I had to call the Parts Department to get ahold of Service Dept. "Fixed" tire, and got low tire pressure light again while driving home! The next day, I took car to Goodyear in Evergreen and they found problem: the tire valve stem was incorrectly attached to the pressure sensor. I have been going to Stevenson for 16 years of service on my 2009 Matrix and I will never have this dealer work on my tires again, and am looking into using another dealer for future service. This was the second time in the last few years when I had tire issues after Stevenson worked on my tires (over inflated, Goodyear had to correct the error). Completely unacceptable experience and a miracle that I was not seriously injured! Twice! I gave two stars, because Mike (Service Manager) let me use a dealer car while my car was being fixed and expressed concern.
