I very much appreciated Tyler for getting me in on a direct turnaround since it was a slower day for you. But honestly, it shouldn't have been necessary if the step rails that you knew were on my order were not available when the vehicle showed up. Also, the clear bra was not installed properly leaving two gaps on the front hood that are already peeling up. So I now need to schedule another service call to have it repaired - a matter for another time. Neither of these things should have occurred on a brand new vehicle that I'd been waiting for since the end of January 2025

We generally had a good experience. Our sales rep (John) and the person we worked with in the finance department (I don't recall is name) were both friendly and helpful etc.We unfortunately had 2 small issues:1. Toyota Financing made a clerical error with their own paperwork with our trade in (printed out a form for the wrong year apparently) and it led to Toyota NOT taking over the loan from our trade in. I discovered this when I saw we still got billed for our monthly payment on that previous car. It was an honest mistake and Toyota was very quick to correct the error, so not a huge issue.2. John and I pre-negotiated a price for our trade in. When I brought the car in he first confirmed that after examining the car they were good to go with that price, but when he brought the paperwork over that changed. The offer put in front on of me was at a lower rate, but more problematically - John positioned it good news and a net benefit to me because when factored with the trade-in reduction in my taxes it was going to equate to a higher value than originally offered. This is objectively disingenuous and dishonest. He did eventually honor the original price, but it took 3 return trips to his boss and me threatening to walk out.Re-negotiating the price is bad, but trying to trick me into thinking it's in my benefit is worse. John is a nice guy and was otherwise helpful and I'm not trying to get him in trouble (I'm not posting this on google for obvious reasons), but being totally honest this will prevent me from doing business with Stevenson Toyota again.

Came in for 55k mileage maintenance. Had an awesome service advisor that not only provided information regarding the 55k mileage but also help brake down the big 60k mileage that is vital. We determined split maintenance and took care of some of the 60k mileage maintenance. Service advisor also provided a new key for my key fob.
