There was some confusion on the front end, I had to leave car and return the next day. Brittanie took care of me, providing a courtesy car. Overall great experience, will return for future services.

Brought my truck in for routine mtc and a couple of minor issues. Both issues resolved though one took an unexpected overnight and computer analysis to fix - in part due to initial misunderstanding of the issue. Process and employees were great.

Very good. The only thing I did not like is when I did my trade-in, some numbers for my new vehicle changed and I had to request they be changed back to the numbers shown on the out-the-door pricing. That should not have happened, even though they were minor changes.Also, I suggest you send customers home with the extended warranty packages. I said no when they were offered. I'd never make that big of a decision without reading the fine print. I could've done that if they were sent home with me, and then got back in touch with my rep.
