Our service advisor was very good !

I was in the market for a new car saw the add for the Aurora dealership had a promotion of giving 3k off the new RAV 4. Didn’t want to go to Aurora so I went to the Lakewood store. John was very nice and no pressure and he helped me find one that was coming in next month, which I put a deposit on. However I did not get the 3k discount that was advertised for the Stevenson in Aurora.I felt like it was unfair to advertise for one dealership and not honor it for the other when both dealerships are owned by the same company.

Both the Service writer Dan and the Master Technician Jace were great to work with.

There were no issues other than a 15 - 20 minute wait to be checked in. There were many others waiting and once Tyler was able to get to me, it all went smoothly. Tyler gave me the “all done” text and everything was completed within the anticipated timeframe. Tyler reviewed the results and advised me on how to get the most out of the remainder of my service plan.

Dan and Keith did a great job taking care of me and my car!

Took almost 3 hours for a scheduled oil change and another 20 minutes to check in
