They told me that anything below a 5 star is considered a failure for them so even though I probably would have given a 4 because everything went well (I'm just not super happy with some of the design features of the Grand highlander itself and the lack of options to resolve some of the issues) that I gave a 5 star anyway because I didn't want them to fail.

Good. Would like to see more type c chargers at the charge station in the lobby. Could not charge my phone and wasn't going to pay 20$ for a cord

Getting an appointment time for just standard 5000 mile took two weeks. Not acceptable. Dont b selling more cars if u cant keep up with maintenance.
