Great personal service

Rafael Gomez was a big help. He’s an excellent sales person.

Jorge was my service rep and he listened to my issue with my battery and quickly set into motion the track get it analyzed. From start to finish Jorge kept me in the loop. When we got together after the repair he assessed the warranty on the battery and though the STEVINSON records were not complete he was able to ascertain the battery was a True Start battery that I know I had put in at STEVINSON in 2021 as it also was in my record that a battery was indeed replaced in 2021. Jorge’s cohort at the desk indicated that my Prius would not have had that model of battery due to it not being able to start my model of Prius. Obviously this was not true since I have been using it for 4 years. His cohort pressed the idea that STEVINSON would have put in a one year warranty battery only, which I knew was absurd. Jorge went and got a picture of the old battery and it was clearly a True Start. He went out of his way to assure the battery model that had been used and discounted my new battery of the same model. I will use Jorge next time I visit.

Cole was great. That said, I still don’t understand how the check in for an appointment remains such an issue here. It ALWAYS takes 20-30 min to check in for an existing appointment. I have never experienced such a horrible process at any other dealer.
