Alex is a great consultant. He's always looking out for my best interest with recommendations suggestions. I was interested in bumping up a driveline fluid change and Alex said it wasn't due for another 5k miles. I decided to do it anyway to balance service costs.I appreciate his and Stevenson West honesty.

I went to do my engin oil change and take care recall for the car. He suggested opinion for engin oil change. To take care recall pretty much all day long service and he was make sure it will finish on time because I need to pick my son up on time. Even before, he called me and suggested to come opening time so they can take care recalls and my car service.

Cole was very nice and checked on my car's status partway through and let me know.

Waiting area was comfortable and open. Van took 2 hours to service which was a little longer than I expected for what work was done. Check in was easy, overall my experience was positive and I’ll come back again.
