You suck as you can't figure out who got service at your facility.It was not me that had service done at your location! Get this straightened out! James Allen is not associated with me! Stop sending me emails!!!! I did not have my car serviced I only marked an answer to that question because it was required

I had a scheduled appointment at 9am and waited at the dealership as the job was quoted to take less than two hours. I left at 3pm after the technicians still had not started working on my vehicle. This was routine oil change. This is the second time my vehicle has had an appointment and not been seen that day. I will not be returning.

Your people are great. Chris went out of his way to finish the service on my car as quickly as possible. Your service supervisors(?) over schedule the number of cars to be serviced and apparently don’t give appointments priority causing over long wait times and a great deal of frustration. I considering not returning
