General manager was most helpful in getting my oil changed in a timely manner. Service was completed with good communication and I was on my way.

The problem was diagnosed on a Monday, parts were ordered and delivered Wednesday morning - installation completed by mid day Wednesday. Advisor Chance made made the diagnostics appointment for me; Advisor Tyler handled it from there, always keeping me informed.

I changed my service needs at my appointment time and was accommodated on short notice.

Great service, but I had to wait 4- hours

I have had our car serviced at Stevinson since we purchased from you in 2013. I have always had a good working relationship with your service department and found the work to be done in a timely manner. The service advisor that I worked with on my last visit, Brittanie Booth was a pleasure to work with. This was the first time I had meet her. You seem to have a bit of a turnover in that department. The one complaint that I might bring to your attention is the extended length of time I have experienced on my last two visits. When I took our 2005 Highlander in for an oil change and to have the tires balanced and rotated , it took 3+ hours for the work to be completed. The work on our 2013 Highlander, the visit that resulted in this survey, took a day and a half. I would have expected the job to be done in no more 8 hours. i would appear that you either are scheduling to many appointments or you are short of staff in the area where the work is being done. Maybe fewer appointments per hour would make the work move faster. I was also shocked to learn that you no longer offer a free courtesy car for appointments that will take at least a day to complete. In the past, a vehicle from Enterprise was provided at no charge. Now I had to pay $50+ for a rental from Stevinson on an invoice that was over $1,000. This fall when I will be buying a new set of tires for the 2013 Highlander, another $ 1,000+ purchase I will have to see if Enterprise can offer a better option.
