I like Travis but I left disappointed because previously he mentioned he could probably remove the dealer handling charges and then he said he couldn't. The finance portion was stressful - trying to sell me so many things that I did not want. I felt annoyed.

I had good communication about the length of the appointment. Everyone I encountered were kind and helpful.

Always accommodating. Dropped car off, then wasn't able to get car for 10 days. They coordinated everything for me, and all was ready when I returned from being out of town including reapplication of the crystal fusion to maintain my warranty. Chris? guy with the cute dog was super professional and got my car to me very expediently. High level car care and matching level client experience.
