It was not a long wait for service on the car and I was out of there within the 1 1/2 hours they estimated it would take for the car.

Easy to work with, fairly fast, nice people.

Natie and techs solved the issue with the panel that has radio and navigation that was turning on very slow. Did a reset and now works.

time needed to complete service much better than previous visits because of a manager change

thumbs up

Can't say enough good things about Frankie who recently help pick out what I would call my dream truck. He was very patient with me as I did my best to negotiate the price to where I was comfortable with it. He made sure I knew all my options and what would best fit me. I would highly recommend going to Stevison West Toyota, from the car salesman to the finance guy Brett. Everyone was so helpful I can't thank them enough for making a bit of a stressful situation that much easier. Love the truck can't wait to see where it takes me thanks again Frankie & Brett!

very efficient as usual

Good dealership. Friendly and not pushy when it comes to buying!

Comfortable for me, my wife, and our Goldendoodle, The Tundra runs great.
