We had an excellent, friendly, helpful experience. I was ambivalent about getting a new car (my previous RAV4 was 18 years old) but Jordan and Rayce both understood this and gave me positive input and confidence in my decision. Rayce had an appointment show up so Jordan handled our sale. He really made us feel at ease and was patient with my questions. He really put work to help find the car we wanted in the color we wanted. His manager was very involved too and both of them worked hard to get the RAV4 hybrid. We felt welcomed and appreciated. Luis did a wonderful job in explaining the financial side. He too was patient and knowledgeable. We built a personal connection which was warm and friendly. To sum up, every person we spoke to and worked with really made us feel welcome and as if we could call with questions whenever we needed.

The sale was easy, if a bit lengthy (in time). I needed the windshield replaced, but was waiting excessively to hear back on when that would be. I would have liked a bit more consistent communication for that -in fact, I didn't hear back from the dealership at all, save for my calls to them, asking for follow up . I did get the windshield, but some days after the initial expectation.

Frankie Apicella responded quicky to my inquiry on what was surely a busy afternoon. His transparency for pricing and availability was appreciated. He took additional steps and set me up in a test drive in a similar 4Runner to what I ordered. Brett followed up on the deposit and it was great talking with him. Super impressed with every interaction. Thank you.

I had a great experience with both Brett and Rayce. Worked with Brett for about 10 months and Rayce did a great job picking things up and taking me through everything with tons of patienceDisappointed only in management for not coming down a penny on this car and only 50% off the floor mats? With a premium purchase that shouldn’t have even been a question.
