I am incredibly grateful for the outstanding service I received from Alex MacRae at Stevinson Toyota. My car had a hard-to-diagnose issue that took several visits to fully resolve, and throughout the entire process, Alex went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. He kept me informed at every step, coordinating with the technicians and making sure I had all the information I needed. Despite the complexity of the issue, Alex never made me feel like an inconvenience. Instead, he was genuinely committed to finding a solution and kept me updated regularly as the Stevinson team worked through the problem.I would give 10 stars if I could!

Everything went well. This is my 9th vehicle over the years. I probably will never buy a car anywhere but at Stevenson. I always bought my cars from Tim Graim, when Tim retired I now work with Heath McNally, although he is no longer in sales, he referred me to a really great guy.

Kevin did an excellent job showing me what was available in Tundras that I was looking for and answering questions on different features. I knew there was a Tundra I was interested coming in soon and Kevin showed me all the features. This Tundra had not yet been reserved which suprised me and Kevin got it reserved for me so I could give it a good look. When the Tundra came in Kevin called me right away and after the test drive we proceeded to finish the steps to purchase it. Kevin stayed with me during the entire process and I now have a very nice Tundra.
