Convenient online booking. So happy there was availability as I checked in the morning & able to have service the same day. The tech/rep that helped was super nice & helpful.

Arrived on time for my appt, waited 30 minutes in the bay before I was even greeted, which has been a common occurrence at this dealership. Oil change and tire rotation took 4 hours. Had issue with rain sensor that I was told I would be followed up with on and never heard back. Really wish I hadn’t purchased an extended warranty/oil change plan tied to this dealership as I would not be returning if I had a choice.

Dan my service advisor managed my expectations on time and what was needed on my vehicle well. Still wish the waiting area was nicer like it used to be with the previous ownership - crowded, less food and drink, area has become less functional.

The service person was amazing and service was done fast but: It took about 30 minutes to be checked in I am now confused why I got oil changed because I think I also got that in June. I thought i was supposed to get that only every 10k miles. I had forgotten that I had already gotten it last time but this is all in your system.

It was a horrible visit. 3 hours to get an oil change. Never again.

My appointment at Stevinson Toyota West was for an oil change and to troubleshoot my 2013 Toyota RAV4 back hatch which was failing to open. The service writer said it would cost $199 to troubleshoot the back hatch (ridiculous). I told the service writer I did not live in the area and needed to wait for the car. I received no communication for 4 and 1/4 hours. Then I was told that the back hatch would take longer, could I stay another 2 1/2 hours. I said no. The service writer said they would "put the door panel back on" and bring me the car. He also said the oil change had not been done. NO work was done during the 4 and 1/4 hours I waited at the dealership! AND, I don't believe anyone took off the back hatch panel or did anything else to figure out why the back hatch was not working consistently. My car sat for 4 and 1/4 hours and I sat for 4 and 1/4 hours. The only good news: I paid nothing. I had not been to Stevinson Toyota West since the dealership changed hands nearly 4 years ago, though I had been a regular customer previously. I would not go back for service (I have two Toyotas).
