1. Weighting time for standard service was too long. (10:00am - 2:20pm)2. After service display doesn't show total mileage, only particular trip.3. Several hours later I got two emergency lights on: " engine check" and " check vehicle stability control system". Manual said in this case I should go to dealer immediately. Thanks.

I do not understand why your place of business overloads the reservations to such an extent that the timing for our stay is extended far beyond what we are promised. Our car was there for 7 hours! We were sent text messages that were not very clear to us, because they were rather cryptic. We were talked over; not listened to very politely. Which is not part of good customer service. I do not understand the box below that asks about “terms of service”. What are you talking about? I had to check that box before my comments could even be sent. WHY IS THAT?

Service took longer than usual. We understand that some days are busy and service may take a while, but servicer forgot to reset oil maintenance light. Service representative and service receipt stated tire pressure set to 38 psi, however all tires measured at 30 psi while door placard recommends 32.Previous visit they forgot to apply next oil change interval sticker and didn't use floor mat protector, leaving a nasty oil stain on the floor mat which could not be completely cleaned off. Not sure if they are rushing through jobs, or if perhaps they feel a vehicle doesn't merit proper care/consideration unless it's brand new.

Convenient online booking. So happy there was availability as I checked in the morning & able to have service the same day. The tech/rep that helped was super nice & helpful.
