I called in to schedule an oil change. The AI scheduler told me there was an available appointment for 11:45 AM. I thought sweet! I dropped my car off at 11:40 and was told they were behind already by about an hour and a half. Don't know why anyone was even scheduling if they were already behind by that much. As I was already there, I figured I could just wait. I received no updates for the next three hours about my car. I then had to go ask for an update and was told the technicians had my car. Overall for just a basic oil change it took four hours. Even with a "delay" that seemed very excessive and basically took me all day to do something a Grease Monkey would have taken care of in about twenty minutes.

I brought my car 2023 4Runner in for the 30k service. The Website quoted $209 for the service. Upon check-in, I was informed that the $209 was not correct and that it would be over $400 ... but they would honor the 15% discount. To help bring the price down, I removed the tire rotation. This brought the overall price down to $350. Service was great. Deceptive pricing - not so good.

Walked on the Toyota dealership on a Saturday to look at a 200 series Landcruiser that we saw on the website as a trade in. Ended up with a Lexus 200 series (2013) with 52k miles on it. Unbelievable experience from our salesperson Graham.
