Match the fee of my the new facility. I was told due to the high demand of the 10x15 unit in the area, they could lower the fee but not to match the price of the new place. I didn't think that was ok, since I had been with the facility initially in 2010 then changed units within the complex over that time. I had been with 89th for over 15 years. No loyalty for being a customer. Also, explaining in detail that fees are prorated when you move in, but not when you move out. I paid a full month fee of $361, but moved out on the 16th. I thought I would receive a prorated refund. I was quite surprised of the policy.89th is priced very high based on mainland units.
