We are upset and disappointed with our experience on the uhaul rental from this facility. We are upset that we have not been reimbursed for the overage on the uhaul rental we used for the day for our move out. Before departing and upon return of the rental on the same day we were told we would be credited/reimbursed for the overage of milage and gas when returned within 2 hours. That has not happened. Upon inquiring about the delay the following day, we were instructed that it's up to us to contact uhaul to talk about being reimbursed. This was misleading and upsetting. We were great customers for 2 1/2 years. This has soured us from future usage and referring others. We no longer needed the space after 2 1/2 years

Keep it cleaner & keep the climate control lower. I know we had a hurricane in a few days. They had no electricity, but this mold is more than a few days! . My furniture had mold. One of my chairs look like it had been eaten by rats. Moving into a home
