Overall our experience was great! Good pricing; very clean facility; carts available; easy to use online software system to sign up; helpful, amiable operator on phone; plenty of parking; etc. Only 2 issues keeping it from being a 5-Star are: 1) Gate code we were provided did not work initially but we called the # posted for assistance and the operator opened the gate for us! She was great! 2) Our Unit is located on the “6th” floor (2nd building’s 3rd floor) which is the top floor and along the outside wall. There was a decent-sized water stain on the floor originating from the outside floor which left us feeling a little concerned about the safety of our belongings but we decided to “chance” it….
