The properties are all lovely, but the staff and agents seem to be uninterested in the rental process. I've put several inquiries into Stokely, but each time I've had to deal with Andrea and she puts me off the property immediately. Her telephone presence is as if she's doing you a favor by calling you back about the property and refuses to answer any questions that are not already on the website. Most of their home sit on the market well over 100 days and I can't help but think this may be a reason why.

I had the pleasure and peace of having the Stockley Team as my property management company. More specifically, Jennifer D. Mastrogiorgio was my property Manager. With 6 years of renting with this company I was able to rely on them for all issues (which were few) and incredible turnaround time. Getting things done quickly was really only a part of what made Jennifer wonderful. It was her follow up on us after everything was handled. My little family always felt cared for and safe because we knew she was looking out for us. I would highly recommend Stockley Properties for not just home owners but any new renters looking for a place to call home. They have many properties under their wing both for rent and to care for.

My experience with the Stokley Properties team is they take care of maintenance requests promptly. Vendors are dispatched within days if not the same day. The vendors that have addressed issues at the property we rent are top notch. Their professionalism is very much appreciated.
