My move in went off without a hitch! I was pleastly surprised with the level of professionalism and thoughtfulness. The house was in beautiful condition.

I would like to thank Stockley P. for his support and dedication whenever I´ve requested maintenance work on the property or inquire about various issues related to the house, everything was solved in a very efficient way. I understand that in many cases, they rely on the house lord definition to determine and take action on services, maintenance, or equipment changes. We are very grateful for all their support.

The last face to face was with Brittany when she inspected my smoke alarms. Very professional throughly nice person to deal with.

Service and communication was great, just some occasional slow responses to maintenance issues. Cleanliness of the unit could have been better at move in as well as a few repairs that could have done prior to move in.

I really appreciate the quick communication and response from Stokley. Aside from the convenience of access through the portal app, being able to text or email for support is very helpful. The process to renew has also been very easy and stress free.

I have mostly dealt with Jill and the experience has been good. The property viewing process was cumbersome,complicated and too smart phone oriented. A simple browser interface would have been easier for me. In general face to face or phone contact with Jill is fine but the computer interface needs simplification and improovement.

So far everything is great. No complaints.
