We had some hiccups with our move-in but the Stokley team was very responsive and made sure all was well. We are very happy with our rental and how responsive the Stokley team is!

I finally took the leap to get a property manager after my tenants gave me extremely short notice that they were moving out. I moved out of state so managing vendors, getting new tenants, etc. I was thankfully blessed with my account being assigned to Adrian. He is prompt, courteous and was accommodating to my specific circumstances. I have complete faith and trust with my property in his hands. So much stress relief on my part after managing it on my own for 4 years. Adrian is truly a godsend.

Stokley Properties is a full-service property management firm. If you are looking for a firm to handle all your rental property needs this is it. I have had 2 rental properties with them for over 10 years. Jill, my property manager has done such an excellent job in screening and managing the tenants. In the 10 years, I have had only one turn over in one property. She is fabulous! If the property needs repair, Stokley sends out someone to address the maintenance item. Laurie, in accounts payable, has always been certain to communicate about upcoming bills and sees that they are paid on time. We recently decided to sell the condo to purchase another single family rental home. John, in their sales department has done a fantastic job! He assisted and oversaw getting the property ready for sale. Always communicating along the way. Best of all, he brought us a clean offer we could not refuse! Joe and Sheila Stokley have always made themselves available for questions if anything arises. Personally, I appreciate that they are a local family and active in the community. This is a quality full-service property management company who I have no reservations recommending.

I have a rental property that is managed by Melissa Lucchese with Stokley and she was able to get the house ready for market and rented in expiated fashion to a good renter that has paid the rent on time with out issue for the last year plus...Thank You Melissa for your hard work and dedication!!!

I have been with Stokley Properties since 2016. I could not be more pleased with my experience with the organization. Loren has always taken my calls and helped me with the highest level of customer service. He even had the patience to help my parents with their rental units, and they aren't the easiest to work with! Todd has also been a great asset to my property management team. They are organized, prepared for all situations, and has a vast number of resources to handle all home repairs and improvements. I could not be more happy as a customer!

I''ve had 3 property managers over the years and Stokley, by every measure, is the best. Melissa L. is my property manager and she is on top of everything- tenant selection, accounting and repairs. Karen A. is also very helpful in reporting tenant issues and finding the right repair company.

We have had nothing but a great experience with Stockley Property Management since we moved in a year ago. Everyone is always very responsive and friendly, especially our property manager, Todd.
