I worked with her for more than 10 years and she manage 4 properties for me. She is not just finding good renters for you, she also builds a good relationship with renters and keeps your property in great condition. I am super happy with her service.

Stokley Properties has been great to work with. I was a little hesitant as you hear bad things about property management companies, but they have exceeded my expectations. Todd has been very responsive to any issue that has come up and has been very transparent with the leasing process. I would recommend working with Stokley and Todd.

As a previous home owner, renting can sometimes be challenges. You are already accustomed to taking care of business yourself. I am so glad that Stokley Properties has Todd. He makes my renting experience a great one. He is ALWAYS responsive to all of my requests. Most recently, I was having problems with a replacement item for my rental property. Todd came by personally to ensure that I was accommodated.

It isn't very often these days that someone treats you with utmost respect, concern, action and superior integrity, but that has been my experience with my property manager Todd Burgos. He doesn't just do his job, he goes above and beyond the average person. I believe he truly cares about his client base as he has gone to bat for me more than once when difficulties have arisen. There were times I've been very frustrated and vented, he listened, cared and took care of the issues. Stokley has found a gem in Todd, if they know what's good for them they will treat him well.
