Hey, I may be renting my mom's home soon, to help pay for here assisted care. Just don't know about timing yet. What is you service fee? Curious. The home is in Martinez off Center Ave. It's 3-2 1,100 sqft single family home with 2-car garage, well maintained.

The general "rent demand" emails are off putting. I think renters should be contacted directly if they have not yet paid.
