The faucet (knob) in our guest bathroom had become extremely difficult to turn. Stokley promptly arranged for a plumber to repair the bathroom faucet. After the plumber determined the problem was not fixable, Stokley arranged for a replacement faucet and it was installed shortly after the plumber's first visit. We really appreciated the quick turnaround!

I’ve been a tenant for 4 years which says a lot. I like my unit and best of all my neighbors. The property is well maintained, and their online tenant portal makes it easy to address any maintenance issues which most are taken care of in a timely manner. I prefer Stokely hands down over any of the other property management companies out their. I met Joe Stokely who was with Blake visiting the property one day and he is a very nice man. I told him how lucky he is to have Blake.
