I enjoy the convenience of the portal and making payments online. The onboarding experience was a little off-putting. I submitted my application and was approved pretty quickly but after that there wasn't much interaction (i.e., scheduling time to pick up keys, setting up water and garbage, maintenance request). I didn't want to seem like a pest so I figured out as much as I could on my own. The place is really nice other than some cosmetic issues (the previous tenant put a lot of tiny holes and markings on the walls).
