Hi, I am wondering if you can speak with the owner of 1924 Ascot Drive. I am wondering if the owner is open to a rent to buy arrangement where the monthly rent could chip away at a down payment and me eventually buying this property?Or does the owner hope to keep this as a rental property indefinitely? I love it here so much and it would be a relief for my monthly rent to be going towards a rent to buy agreement if the owner is open to it. If not, that’s ok, but I wanted to ask if he would consider it. Thank you, please let me know either way.

Stokley Properties with having outstanding management and team is one of the best of it kinds.We are celebrating our 4th year being a tenant under the management of Stockley properties… we really enjoy our life. However, I and my wife are taking care of the property as if it’s our own home, but still Stokley Properties doesn’t leave any stone unturned when needed. Really appreciate you all. Thanks!!!

Although we moved in before a new roof was put on and we shouldn’t have, Deborah has been on top of all of the things that are broken or not working at the house.

My ex husband died in one of your properties after living there about 15 years. I was only really involved for the last year and always found the staff very helpful My main contact was Deborah and she was so kind and helpful. I also found the website very helpful and easy to use. Maintenance requests were a little slow on the handyman end of things but they still got done. Very positive experience and I would not hesitate to recommend.

My mom and I have been with Stokley Properties since January 1,2021. We are 110%satisfied with Stokley Properties.The main person we work with is Jill. She is so amazing at her job! My mom and I could not handle the 2 duplex’s we have without her knowledge and expertise in the business. We have a wonderful working relationship. We also work closely with Joe, Shiella , Miranda, Cody and John. All of them are amazing as well. We appreciate everything Stokley Properties has done for us!!! We know we are in good hands with them handling our properties.
