Codi was a great partner and quick with a response to our maintenance issues and emergencies when my CO alarm went off - along with some other folks in the office (i think her name was Andrea) who were quick to respond an help. I never heard from Jennifer, our property manager, to follow up on any of the issues / emergencies....not even sure if she's still with the company.
