Overall I enjoy living at Stonelake. Repairs are made in a timely fashion and the property is well maintained in comparison to similarly priced complexes. My recommendation to improve the tenant experience are less emails that are repetitive such as the towing email, stricter enforcement on dogs breeds and cleaning the outdoor walk ways more often.

The issue was with a door lock that was resolved with the emergency maintenance crew. He showed up within the timeline the person I spoke on the phone told me (since it was emergency timing I completely understand) and was extremely helpful and communicative of how he was fixing my door lock. He also gave me a helpful tip about something else with the lock that i appreciated.

The maintenance team is awesome as always. The issue I keep having is in regards to the actual submission of work orders. When completing the work order there is a question that asks if maintenance is permitted to enter. When “YES” is clicked and the order is submitted, the “YES” automatically turns to a “No” on the final submission and it is not able to be changed so I have to call the leasing office to tell them entrance is permitted or they have to call me to ask if entering the apartment is permitted, which I’m sure is an inconvenience to both the leasing staff and the maintenance team. I’m not sure if this is an automatic change set by the office or the Resident app but I thought I would bring attention to it. Thanks!
