The young lady that did the tour was rude.. she was driving too fast on the cart and we told her it was too fast. She drove just as fast back to the office. There was a roach in the closet she acted like it was invisible. And when we expressed that we weren't really interested she started talking about her experience and she will have the property booked in no time. Her behavior was unprofessional and she shoes were torn apart to the fact she had to drag 1 foot. I only need 1 time for a 1st impression.

Monae was a pleasure to tour with. She communicated all pertinent information, answered all my questions.

Our only issue is with the roach situation we had last year. We had sent a maintenance request for someone to spray and then management determined that since they had already sprayed twice that meant we needed a full roach clean out done and charged us almost 300 dollars and displaced us for a month in our own home since we had to move everything out. Then couldn't tell us a specific day or time so we were living out of boxes. It was very uncomfortable and inconvenient. We never recieved compensation for this and to top it off. I had to be the one to contact orkin and ask if they were coming as the orkin receptionist said it wasn't even on their schedule. Then they finally came at 5pm and because of the chemicals being sprayed we couldn't be in the apartment for 2 hours. Imagine having to find a place for your dog to stay because you dont know when the orkin people are coming and then finding out they were never coming because it was never scheduled. On top of being displaced for a month.

I love how clean the grounds were, how peaceful the environment is and how it feels like a community.

Monae and Sham both were extremely professional, highly knowledgeable about the property, friendly and went above and beyond to help me.

Monae was great to talk to and answered all questions we had! Can’t wait to be a resident!
