The maintenance team is awesome as always. The issue I keep having is in regards to the actual submission of work orders. When completing the work order there is a question that asks if maintenance is permitted to enter. When “YES” is clicked and the order is submitted, the “YES” automatically turns to a “No” on the final submission and it is not able to be changed so I have to call the leasing office to tell them entrance is permitted or they have to call me to ask if entering the apartment is permitted, which I’m sure is an inconvenience to both the leasing staff and the maintenance team. I’m not sure if this is an automatic change set by the office or the Resident app but I thought I would bring attention to it. Thanks!

I work overnights and don't have the best hearing so lightly knocking on my door you have to keep in mind that the tenent is asleep 3 garages away upstairs from the door. That's was the whole reason I got the ring camera in the first place. And im sorry but I will not sleep with that top lock unlocked. And to not double back even after I called is just wrong. Im not asking for sympathy or any privileges, just asking for common sense ground. You can't lightly knock on that door and then ring the bell just before walking away. I even got on the intercom and yelled for the guy to hold on and he just kept going. Yes, im sure he has a busy schedule but we all have busy schedules too not just him.

I'm happy to be a part of the Stone Lake community almost going on my 3rd year lease. I love my Lake view and the ppl here are great! Friendly, knowledgeable staff are always so welcoming and affable. Also, the maintenance personnel are exceptional ( Felix) goes above and beyond! He's always pleasant and is definitely an asset to your organization.

For my maintenance request for my toilet in the master bathroom. I asked if they could fix the suction power of the toilet. But they just unclogged it. I’m still having reoccurring issues with the toilet backing up.
