Not welcoming and acted as I was irritating her ill take my money else where

Both young ladies were phenomenal and made my experience happy, positive and uplifting and took all of the ordinary stress of moving away. So grateful to have walked in and for the experience. Thank you.

1. The apartment I toured had a terrible odor. 2. There were tools and other items inside. 3. The associated was not to friendly upon my arrival.

Staff was very off putting. Felt as if we were bothering them. Agent who showed us the apartment did bot have a great attitude. The apartments are dated for the price. Even of the apartments were nice, i wouldn’t rent just based off the leasing office

Every thing went well hopefully they still have the apartment that I want

The young lady that did the tour was rude.. she was driving too fast on the cart and we told her it was too fast. She drove just as fast back to the office. There was a roach in the closet she acted like it was invisible. And when we expressed that we weren't really interested she started talking about her experience and she will have the property booked in no time. Her behavior was unprofessional and she shoes were torn apart to the fact she had to drag 1 foot. I only need 1 time for a 1st impression.

Andrea was awesome! .. I plan to visit this afternoon as I've soon another option (within this property) I'm interested in.
