Both young ladies were phenomenal and made my experience happy, positive and uplifting and took all of the ordinary stress of moving away. So grateful to have walked in and for the experience. Thank you.

I put in a work order for our water heater, because the hot water last 10-12 minutes. (WE HAVE NEVER HAD THIS ISSUE BEFORE and it has been about a month or so since this started happening.)When the maintenance guy showed up he stated that he would reset the water heater and adjust the temperature to make the water hotter. He stated that if that did not work to call them back. First who want to keep calling you guys over and over for the same issue, just fix it the first time. Second it’s very frustrating knowing that his resolution would not work, turning up the temperature makes the hot water run out faster. Third the reset button on the hot water heater will only prevent further damage to the water heater. Now instead of 10-12 minutes we have 5-7 and once the hot water runs out it’s gone in every area where water is available and there is at least a 30 minute wait for the hot water to restore.

No one never came out, I had water consistently running for 3 to 4 days. A friend that's a plumber, didn't have the tools, but made it work. Also I got insurance, paid up for the the year,and still getting charge monthly, and I been have turned everything in. They said it was resolved, and still being charged, but I have to fix it. Really...rip off!

My problem was never resolved my icemaker . They installed a used icemaker but still not making ice.I've been here over six months this issue still hasn't been resolved.

1. The apartment I toured had a terrible odor.2. There were tools and other items inside.3. The associated was not to friendly upon my arrival.
