Unprofessional, the young lady called me at work ranting about me having as she said " a FAKE SSN" it was so unprofessional that I had no desire to move forward! Two years ago my identity was stolen and my card is locked. What's the strangest thing is when the adverse action letter was sent to me it said nothing about fraud. It stated lack of rental history which I asked before paying the fees would that be an issue. I've also requested a call for the corporate office in the matter but if course after the fees cleared I've heard nothing since

Overall everything is great except the parking issue which I have every night. Usually I have to make couple circles around the apartment complex to find a parking spot, and most nights I end up parking at visitors parking way far from my building.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The property is loaded with lovely amenities. The living spaces are equipped with beautiful modern designs and appliances. I would highly recommend this complex as a safe place to reside!

Rey was awesome and a true professional! I was early for my tour but she didn't seem to mind. She got my license, took some information, gathered her keys and off we went. After viewing the apt. she took me to the lake (selling point). Upon return, Rey made sure I had a map so that I could know if any upcoming apartments would have a lake view. I left feeling excited about the possibility of becoming a resident at Stone Lake apartments.

I want to share one thing everything was ok but there was some broken staff need to be fixed the food disposal was broken and dishwasher door was not opening and I did call the and made request for repair no update yet. Thank you so much for following up
