Sham gave great customer service. I couldn't ask for a better interaction.

I put in a work order for our water heater, because the hot water last 10-12 minutes. (WE HAVE NEVER HAD THIS ISSUE BEFORE and it has been about a month or so since this started happening.)When the maintenance guy showed up he stated that he would reset the water heater and adjust the temperature to make the water hotter. He stated that if that did not work to call them back. First who want to keep calling you guys over and over for the same issue, just fix it the first time. Second it’s very frustrating knowing that his resolution would not work, turning up the temperature makes the hot water run out faster. Third the reset button on the hot water heater will only prevent further damage to the water heater. Now instead of 10-12 minutes we have 5-7 and once the hot water runs out it’s gone in every area where water is available and there is at least a 30 minute wait for the hot water to restore.

No one never came out, I had water consistently running for 3 to 4 days. A friend that's a plumber, didn't have the tools, but made it work. Also I got insurance, paid up for the the year,and still getting charge monthly, and I been have turned everything in. They said it was resolved, and still being charged, but I have to fix it. Really...rip off!

The maintenance man was very sweet and respectful, 10/10 service 👌🏻

My problem was never resolved my icemaker . They installed a used icemaker but still not making ice.I've been here over six months this issue still hasn't been resolved.

We appreciate how we quick and efficient this issue was resolved.

1. The apartment I toured had a terrible odor.2. There were tools and other items inside.3. The associated was not to friendly upon my arrival.

I enjoy living here it is quite. The property is clean .

Staff was very off putting. Felt as if we were bothering them. Agent who showed us the apartment did bot have a great attitude. The apartments are dated for the price. Even of the apartments were nice, i wouldn’t rent just based off the leasing office

Unfortunately I couldn’t rate this in high stars due to the fact the lighting in the stair wells next to my apartment is still dark & lights have not been replaced. This is a safety concern for at night you can barely see going down from the third floor. I expressed my concerns & nothing has been resolved.
