Yes! Can you please work on the landscaping? The rocks are in the grass, the parking lot & pretty much everywhere they shouldn’t be. Renters walk wherever they want to & take their dogs right along with them. Can you make the outside appearance look good again or keep the renters on the sidewalk?

Even fixed something I didn't know needed fixed!

The new toilet handle didnt fix the problem and my master bath light is very dark.

Dallas is very thorough and has great communication as well as getting things done right the first time in a very timely manner!! He has been an asset to the apartments!

The lock on the north west door needs to lock!!! Kids are finding out they can come hang here. Just encountered 2 this morning. January 17th. They are known to police. Always hearing late evening things from gym. Maybe its people off the street. I know both of them. They are trouble. How many times have they and their friends been in this building

Maralene is hands down the best landlord I’ve ever had! Also the maintenance once switched over was amazing!

When maintenance says they will fix ur issue at a certain time don’t show up 2 days later with no communication!

When maintenance says they’ll be back that day or the next you don’t come back on the third day ready to work. I waited all that time w/o leaving so he could work. A better way of scheduling would be appreciated.
