It was an easy process from the beginning to end! Easy to have set up and then easy to cancel.

The staff when we initially went to access our reserved unit was great and very helpful and once we realized the original unit that we reserved was too small helped us get into a unit that was perfect for what we needed. Every time we access the unit there were carts available to assist with moving in and parking was not an issue. Close out went great and again the staff was tremendous in that process. Will rent again for next summer...

Great service and interaction with the local office personnel. The facility was clean, cool, and easy to navigate. Excellent experience all around. We would definitely use this location again.

Would have been a 10, but billed me an extra month since the lock apparently wasn't taken off, which I understand....but when I called back and asked for the lock to be cut, they said that would be a $10 charge, not sure why that wasn't offered up front....

Would be a 10, but this facility is in desperate need of directional signage. I walked the whole floor before finding my unit, because there are no signs and no rational order to the numbering!
