The people that worked there were very nice. That being said, when you charge the same as Extra Space for a space and you say it’s climate controlled - your version of climate control is 40 degrees in the winter and Extra Spaces version is 64 degrees. I’d rather pay the same rate there than at Cube Smart.Also, it may be the way the concrete is low around that building, but the way that the melting water flows and then refroze- it was TREACHEROUS. There needed to be waaay more salt. I say that because you are lucky you didn’t have someone pull a fraudulent slip and fall because if they had taken pictures they absolutely would have won. The ice was EVERYWHERE.

Bob the general manager was easy to work with. Explained everything for us. Clean facility and secure.

You raised the prices by a ridiculous amount roughly $50.00 more a 39% monthly increase! Your cost did not go up by this amount. If they did you’re a poorly managed company.
