The unit had a water leak and unfortunately two boxes were damaged. There is a rust hole lower down on the right hand side of the unit. Relocation

there is nothing you could’ve done differently to improve my experience. Staff was wonderful especially paul, Patrick and Bobby. I think one thing you guys could add is maybe some Frank Sinatra or some classical music in the climate controlled areas of the facility. I could possibly add more cameras and maybe more signage stating that there are cameras that way it keeps trespassers out and gives people peace of mind that they are protected I relocated to a different city

We had an excellent experience at Storage Center at Craig Ranch. I highly recommend them for all of your storage needs. Five Stars! House was ready for move in.

Lower your prices and don’t price gouge Love the facility but the price is to high

Everything was truly a great experience, I am one that never leave a review but with all my time arriving here in McKinney Texas 3 years ago this had been the best we have been treated. Paul and Patrick explained each and every item word for word and I never felt like I was intruding on their time or space. The center in and out was clean, spotless and safe just a place to not worry about your belongings. The center also has a free truck to use on your first move in. We have used plenty of storage facilities in our lifetime but I can say Storage Center @Craig Ranch 8770 Stacy Rd McKinney Tx was and is the BEST And to be honest if I moved farther away and needed a storage the trip and my time would be worth using this property again 😊😊Thank you Paul and Patrick for a warm and wonderful hospitality keep up the great work!! I left and said goodbye with tears of joy and sadness My move was complete, we didn’t need to pay for storage after we settled in our home but we would have definitely stayed if needed!!!😊😊
